A bit more play in the pivot hinge then I would have liked off set fixing to compensate so should be okay .

The package was delivered yesterday, 05 May and I have a number of comments:1. Your on-line ordering system allowed me to order and pay for an item that you did not have in stock. There was no alert to that effect, nor information sent to explain things until I requested that by email. I note that you unilaterally decided to hold the hinges until the spring bolt was available instead of sending the items separately. 2. The delivery information said that the package would be delivered between 16:20 and 17:20. At 16:15 I went to the front door to put the key in the lock to make opening the door faster. Through the side screen I observed a package leaning against the screen. Your package had been delivered early and simply left at the front door, clearly visible to any one passing on the street or pavement. That is completely unacceptable. 3. I have attached two pictures of the package as delivered. I presume that the package was intact when passed to the courier and that the damage was caused while the package was in their "care". Given that I paid for delivery yet had no choice in the company employed, I am very disappointed both with how the package was delivered and its condition on arrival. Only by luck were the contents of the package still inside what remained of the cardboard box. 4. You describe the spring bolt as 'galvanised' but the finish looks more like electro plating to me. 5. On the strap hinges the clearance on the hinge pins is excessive and will result in considerable droop to the gate if used in their present condition. Off setting the pin part of the hinge from vertical or some other modification would be needed to make these hinges function in an acceptable manner.

Porcelain door handles were as described, arrived intact though small box was placed loosely in a bigger box without filling the gaps. Arrived in good time. Porcelain handles were easy to fit and are working.Overall pleased.

I only gave you 3stars because I ordered 4.5mm screws and you sent me 4mm screws. I informed you of this by email saying I was not going to return them because of the hassle it involved.

Great service, great product very please and the delivery came earlier than expected.

Ordered and paid for express delivery, enquired after a week and they said they couldn’t find my order, however once they realised their mistake the kit was delivered the next day. I’d assume this was an admin error of some sort as delivery was prompt once I enquired. I would use again though as the lady I spoke to was apologetic and super efficient once she had realised there had been an issue.

Waited over a month for delivery and no communication to say it was going to be so long ! Poor effort on there part

Part of my order was missing and deemed lost by the delivery company, this was dealt with very well by e-Hardware and is the reason for not giving a 5 star rating.
